I want to send greetings from here, from Slemani, to the party supporters and all the beloved people of both Slemani and Halabja governorates.

دەمەوێت لێرەوە، لە سلێمانییەوە، سڵاو بنێرم بۆ دەنگدەرانی پارتی و هەموو خەڵکی خۆشەویستی هەردوو پارێزگای سلێمانی و هەڵەبجە.

Party supporters and all the beloved people of the independent administrations of Garmian and Raparin. We love you all. You are an important part of the history of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. The party is proud of you and will remain proud of you.

دەنگدەرانی پارتی و هەموو خەڵکی خۆشەویستی بەڕێوەبەرایەتییە سەربەخۆکانی گەرمیان و ڕاپەڕین. ئێمە هەمووتان خۆشدەوێن. ئێوە بەشێکی گرنگی مێژووی پارتی دیموکراتی کوردستانن. پارتی شانازی بە ئێوەوە دەکات و بەردەوام شانازی بە ئێوەوە دەکات.

You have great strength and love within the party. The party belongs to you, and you belong to the party, you belong to the Barzani path.

Our Commitment to This Region

Let me also say this as a truth: in this region, the representation of the party is limited, but be assured that the party's program is great for this region. We believe that the Kurdistan Region is incomplete without this region, the Kurdistan Democratic Party is incomplete without this region, therefore, your concerns are our concerns.

با ئەمەش بە ڕاستییەکی بڵێم: لەم هەرێمەدا نوێنەرایەتی پارتی کەمە، بەڵام دڵنیابن کە پڕۆگرامی پارتی گەورەیە بۆ ئەم هەرێمە. ئێمە پێمان وایە هەرێمی کوردستان بەبێ ئەم هەرێمە تەواو نییە، پارتی دیموکراتی کوردستان بەبێ ئەم هەرێمە تەواو نییە، بۆیە نیگەرانییەکانتان نیگەرانیمانە.

We in the Kurdistan Democratic Party do not look at the shortcomings of both Slemani and Halabja governorates and both independent administrations of Raparin and Garmian with satisfaction. The shortcomings of this region are not a source of happiness for the party, but rather the shortcomings of this region are a great source of concern for the Kurdistan Democratic Party.

ئێمە لە پارتی دیموکراتی کوردستاندا بە ڕەزامەندی سەیری کەموکورییەکانی هەردوو پارێزگای سلێمانی و هەڵەبجە و هەردوو بەڕێوەبەرایەتی سەربەخۆی ڕاپەڕین و گەرمیان ناکەین. کەموکوڕییەکانی ئەم هەرێمە سەرچاوەی خۆشی نین بۆ پارتی، بەڵکو کەموکوڕییەکانی ئەم هەرێمە سەرچاوەی نیگەرانی گەورەن بۆ پارتی دیموکراتی کوردستان.

We do not look at this region as a political power area, but rather we look at this region as a beloved part of Kurdistan. The party is a pan-Kurdistan party. Regionalism has no place in the party's thinking. The party was the first to prevent regionalism and establish Kurdistanism. The party was the first to establish a comprehensive revolution in Kurdistan, therefore no party looks at any place in Kurdistan with discrimination and difference.

ئێمە سەیری ئەم هەرێمە ناکەین بە چاوی دەسەڵاتی سیاسی، بەڵکو سەیری ئەم هەرێمە دەکەین بە بەشێکی خۆشەویستی کوردستان. پارتی پارتێکی گشتی کوردستانییە. ناوچەگەری جێگای نییە لە بیرۆکەی پارتیدا. پارتی یەکەم بوو کە ناوچەگەری ڕاگرت و کوردستانیەتی دامەزراند. پارتی یەکەم بوو کە شۆڕشێکی گشتی لە کوردستان دامەزراند، بۆیە هیچ پارتییەک سەیری هیچ شوێنێکی کوردستان ناکات بە جیاوازی و فەرق.

Kurdistan's Unity and Development

یەکگرتوویی و گەشەپێدانی کوردستان

When a street is built in Halabja or in Zakho, we are equally happy. When a school is built in Sayed Sadiq or in Harir, we are equally happy. When an investor builds a beautiful hotel in Slemani or in Hawler, we in the Kurdistan Democratic Party are equally happy. The sky of Slemani is a beautiful part of the sky of Kurdistan. When Slemani's sky has less flights, Kurdistan's flights decrease. Our sky and land have one name, which is Kurdistan.

کاتێک لە هەڵەبجەدا یان لە زاخۆدا شەقامێک ئاوەدان دەکرێتەوە، ئێمە یەک شانی خۆشحاڵین. کاتێک لە سەیدسادقدا یان لە هەریردا قوتابخانەیەک ئاوەدان دەکرێتەوە، ئێمە یەک شانی خۆشحاڵین. کاتێک وەبەرهێنەرێک هۆتێلێکی جوانی لە سلێمانیدا یان لە هەولێردا ئاوەدان دەکاتەوە، ئێمە لە پارتی دیموکراتی کوردستاندا یەک شانی خۆشحاڵین. ئاسمانی سلێمانی بەشێکی جوانی ئاسمانی کوردستانە. کاتێک فڕۆکەی ئاسمانی سلێمانی کەم دەبێتەوە، فڕۆکەی کوردستان کەم دەبێتەوە. ئاسمان و زەوییەکەمان ناوێکی هەیە، ئەویش کوردستانە.

I have said several times in my speeches: there should not be a yellow zone and a green zone, there should be one zone and that is the Kurdistan zone.

من لە وتارەکانمدا زۆر جار گوتوومە: نابێت زۆنی زەرد و زۆنی سەوز هەبێت، زۆنێک دەبێت هەبێت ئەویش زۆنی کوردستانە.

We know there are shortcomings. The former regime destroyed most of Kurdistan. The ISIS war slowed down the process of reconstruction and advancement of Kurdistan. ISIS attacked the Peshmerga, but they did not ask whose blood is green and whose blood is yellow! But the heroic Peshmerga of Kurdistan, all together, defended Kurdistan. Much has been built in Kurdistan, but we are not yet satisfied and we must do it faster, more, and better.

ئێمە دەزانین کەموکوڕی هەیە. ڕژێمی پێشوو زۆربەی کوردستانی وێران کرد. جەنگی داعش پڕۆسەی ئاوەدانکردنەوە و پێشکەوتنی کوردستانی خاوکردەوە. داعش هێرشی کردە سەر پێشمەرگە، بەڵام نەیپرسی خوێنی کێ سەوزە و خوێنی کێ زەردە! بەڵام پێشمەرگە قارەمانەکانی کوردستان هەموو پێکەوە بەرگری لە کوردستان کرد. زۆر لە کوردستان ئاوەدان کراوەتەوە، بەڵام ئێمە هێشتا ڕازی نین و پێویستە خێراتر و زیاتر و باشتر بیکەین.

Historical Connection

We want to strengthen the party in this region. We want to increase the party's voice in this region. The people of Kurdistan are witnesses, wherever the party is present, there is more reconstruction and services. The party does not say this with words, the party has proven it with deeds. The party has received a certificate of reconstruction from the people of honorable Kurdistan through its work. The party has a certificate of reconstruction.

ئێمە دەمانەوێت پارتی لەم هەرێمەدا بەهێزتر بکەین. دەمانەوێت دەنگی پارتی لەم هەرێمەدا زیاتر بکەین. خەڵکی کوردستان شایەتن، هەرکوێ پارتی ئامادەبێت، ئاوەدانکردنەوە و خزمەتگوزاری زیاترە. پارتی ئەمە بە قسە ناڵێت، پارتی بە کردار سەلماندوویەتی. پارتی لە ڕێگەی کارەکانیەوە لە خەڵکی کوردستانی بەڕێزەوە بڕوانامەی ئاوەدانکردنەوەی وەرگرتووە. پارتی بڕوانامەی ئاوەدانکردنەوەی هەیە.

We prefer work and action for you in this region. Truly, you deserve the best to be done for you. The time has come, comrades, dear friends, beloved people of this region, the time has come for Slemani to return and be given its rightful place, as in the old days, to be a pioneer of science, enlightenment, political and intellectual initiative.

ئێمە کار و کردار پێشتری دەکەین بۆ ئێوە لەم هەرێمەدا. بەڕاستی ئێوە شایانی ئەوەن باشترین شت بۆ ئێوە بکرێت. کاتەکەی هات، هەڤاڵان، هاوڕێیانی خۆشەویست، خەڵکی خۆشەویستی ئەم هەرێمە، کاتەکەی هات سلێمانی بگەڕێتەوە و شوێنی خۆی پێبدرێتەوە، وەک ڕۆژگاری کۆن، پێشەنگی زانست، ڕۆشنبیری، دەستپێشخەری سیاسی و بیری بێت.

Slemani in the twentieth century was a pioneer city. Its roles were: participation in establishing and developing schools and education, establishing the army institution, state court, the first university, the first journalism movement, political, literary and artistic movement. Slemani's roles were pioneering revolution and uprising and sacrifice against oppression and occupation. Its poets and writers were pioneers of freedom thought. We all say we are indebted to Slemani.

سلێمانی لە سەدەی بیستەمدا شارێکی پێشەنگ بوو. ڕۆڵەکانی بریتی بوون لە: بەشداری لە دامەزراندن و گەشەکردنی قوتابخانە و پەروەردە، دامەزراندنی دامەزراوەی سوپا، دادگای دەوڵەت، یەکەم زانکۆ، یەکەم بزوتنەوەی ڕۆژنامەگەری، بزوتنەوەی سیاسی، ئەدەبی و هونەری. ڕۆڵەکانی سلێمانی پێشەنگی شۆڕش و ڕاپەڕین و قوربانیدان بوون لە دژی زۆرداری و داگیرکاری. شاعیر و نووسەرەکانی پێشەنگی بیری ئازادی بوون. هەموومان دەڵێین ئێمە قەرزداری سلێمانین.

Looking Forward

Honorable people, the time has come to pay back part of Slemani's favor and debt and once again make Slemani a pioneer. Slemani is a city of energy and initiative, a city of youth, young people and women.

خەڵکی بەڕێز، کاتەکەی هات بەشێک لە قەرز و مەعرووفی سلێمانی بگەڕێنینەوە و جارێکی تر سلێمانی بکەینەوە بە پێشەنگ. سلێمانی شاری وزە و دەستپێشخەرییە، شاری لاوان و گەنجان و ژنانە.

Today I am here, in your presence, to tell you: let's together put Slemani back on its strong and worthy track. Therefore, for a better and more beautiful Slemani, for a strong and prosperous Kurdistan, vote for list 275 of the Kurdistan Democratic Party.

Voting is a right and a responsibility. Therefore, I ask you, everyone who has the right to vote should go to vote, become a large part of one million votes and more for list 275 of the Kurdistan Democratic Party.

دەنگدان مافێکە و بەرپرسیارێتییەکە. بۆیە داوا لێتان دەکەم، هەرکەسێک مافی دەنگدانی هەیە بڕوات بۆ دەنگدان، ببێتە بەشێکی گەورەی یەک ملیۆن دەنگ و زیاتر بۆ لیستی ٢٧٥ی پارتی دیموکراتی کوردستان.

Dear friends, let me tell you, these elections are important for Kurdistan from all aspects. Because our voting in Kurdistan strengthens Kurdistan in Baghdad. Therefore, it is a national duty for all of us to vote. If the participation rate in the Kurdistan Region and the Kurdistan areas of Article 140 is high, the voice of our representatives in the Iraqi parliament and Iraq's political process will be bolder and stronger.

Our Mission in Baghdad

ئەرکمان لە بەغدا

The desire of the people of Kurdistan to establish the federal constitution of Iraq for all parties in Iraq will become clearer, because we must make this session a session for implementing Iraq's constitution. When you vote, you send people of your heart to the federal parliament of Iraq. You send those representatives who demand the rights of the people of Kurdistan. You send those people who demand the protection of the authority and status of the Kurdistan Region.

Slemani, like its spirit, must send Kurdistan-loving parliamentarians to the Iraqi parliament. Because deep inside, Slemani belongs to Kurdistan. Slemani is a main stronghold of Kurdistan nationalist thought. Slemani is the center of culture, art and innovation.

سلێمانی، وەک ڕووحی خۆی، پێویستە پەرلەمانتارانی کوردستاندۆست بنێرێت بۆ پەرلەمانی عێراق. چونکە لە قووڵاییدا سلێمانی هی کوردستانە. سلێمانی قەڵای سەرەکی بیری نەتەوەیی کوردستانییە. سلێمانی ناوەندی کلتوور و هونەر و داهێنانە.

Experience has proven: for the force protecting Kurdistan in Baghdad to be strong, the Kurdistan Democratic Party must be strong. Therefore, and for that reason, to send the party strongly to Baghdad, on voting day, with the promise of one million votes, we will all be present at the ballot boxes and vote for list 275 of the Kurdistan Democratic Party.

An Unbreakable Bond

Dear people and beloved people of Slemani,

خەڵکانی بەڕێز و خەڵکی خۆشەویستی سلێمانی،

From the day the Kurdistan Democratic Party was established, Slemani and the party have never been separated, and Slemani and the party will never be separated. This is the dream of our enemies and undoubtedly that dream will be buried.

لە ڕۆژێک پارتی دیموکراتی کوردستان دامەزرا، سلێمانی و پارتی هەرگیز لێک جیا نەبوونەتەوە، و سلێمانی و پارتی هەرگیز لێک جیا نابنەوە. ئەمە خەونی دوژمنانمانە و بێگومان ئەو خەونە دەشکێنرێت.

The history of our family, the Barzani family, in relation to Slemani is much older than the party's history. The immortal Barzani, with the Barzani family, for several years, was kept away from Barzan to Slemani by the royal government of Iraq. Here, in this beloved city, he created an extensive mix.

مێژووی خێزانمان، خێزانی بارزانی، لە پەیوەندی بە سلێمانیەوە زۆر کۆنترە لە مێژووی پارتی. بارزانی نەمر، لەگەڵ خێزانی بارزانیدا، بۆ چەند ساڵێک، لە لایەن حکوومەتی پاشایەتی عێراقەوە لە بارزان دوور خرانەوە بۆ سلێمانی. لێرە، لەم شارە خۆشەویستەدا، تێکەڵەیەکی فراوانی دروست کرد.

The immortal Barzani, on July 13, 1943, with the awareness of the immortal Sheikh Mahmud, with the help of Sheikh Latif, secretly escaped from Slemani. From the base of (Soor Kew) in the Siwel area, he went to Iranian Kurdistan. From there, with the help of Haji Babashekh (who later became the prime minister of the Republic of Kurdistan in Mahabad), he returned to Iraqi Kurdistan and returned to the Barzan area, and they started the uprising.

Call to Action

The connection between the Barzan movement, the Hewa Party, and all of Kurdistan's fighters was stronger. There is not a corner of Slemani where the heroism of the loyal Peshmerga and cadres of the party has not been recorded. There is not a city, town or village in this region where the heroism of the honorable and loyal Peshmerga and supporters of the party has not been recorded.

The party and Slemani, the party's history and Slemani, the present of the party's loyal supporters and Slemani, the party and the future development plan for Slemani, will never be separated from each other under any specific circumstances.

Comrades, dear friends, in this region, much hostility has been planned against the party, but let it be clear to all the people of this region, the party does not answer with words, the party answers with its Kurdish struggle. The party answers with work and reconstruction. Therefore, I see that the party is becoming more beloved in Slemani day by day.

Our Promise

I ask the people of Slemani, I ask the people of this region, to give the party an opportunity to see how reconstruction and prosperity come to this region. The party is becoming more beloved day by day in Halabja governorate and both independent administrations of Garmian and Raparin.

داوا لە خەڵکی سلێمانی دەکەم، داوا لە خەڵکی ئەم هەرێمە دەکەم، فورسەتێک بە پارتی بدەن بۆ ئەوەی ببینن چۆن ئاوەدانکردنەوە و خۆشگوزەرانی دێتە ئەم هەرێمە. پارتی ڕۆژ بە ڕۆژ خۆشەویستتر دەبێت لە پارێزگای هەڵەبجە و هەردوو بەڕێوەبەرایەتی سەربەخۆی گەرمیان و ڕاپەڕیندا.

Now we all and all the people of Kurdistan know well, being a party member is an honor. The party is a model in reconstruction, in work and quality projects, in administration. The party is a model in providing prosperity. It is a model in defending the status of the Kurdistan Region.
