Honored attendees, Mr. Emir, Dear attendees, Good evening. Welcome everyone from all sides. I am happy that today we are gathered together. I thank all of you for your loyalty and tiredness. You all came from everywhere, welcome upon our eyes and heads.

ئاماده‌بوویێت بەڕێز، جەنابێ میر، ئامادەبوویێت هێژا، ئێڤار باش، هوین هه‌مى لایه‌ك گه‌له‌ك ب خێر هاتن، خۆشحالم كو ئه‌ڤرۆ ئه‌م پێكڤه‌ یێت كۆم بووى. گه‌له‌ك سپاسیا دلسۆزى و ماندیبوونا هه‌وه‌ هەمیان دكه‌م، هون هەمی ل هەر جهەكێ هاتبن، بخێر بێن سەر چاڤا و سەر سەرا.

What makes me most happy and delighted today is that it's a place of joy. This beautiful scene we see - Muslim, Christian and Yazidi religious leaders sitting together here. This is a very beautiful image of Kurdistan's society and the representation of this must remain in this country forever. This is the scene that pleases our friends' hearts.

The Historic Role of Shexan

Comrades, you are the people of this very special region and have your own importance for Kurdistan. Kak Serbesti spoke about some of these historical matters. Yes, in the revolution too, I must say, with the testimony of hundreds of people, hundreds of stories and heroism of Peshmerga from this region have been recorded. In Shekhan, Ba'adre, Zelkan, Kelekchi, Qasrok and Atrush, all these borders are the Party's territory, the cradle of many heroes and martyrs whose state we are in today here.

Comrades, we all remember that the Shekhan area committee was one of the most active areas of the Party during its time and during the revolution. We remember the activities of the Peshmerga of the Shekhan area committee were many, and the heroism of the Peshmerga of the Shekhan region will never fade from our thoughts and memories. The Peshmerga of Shekhan region, Yazidis, Muslims, Christians, all struggled for the cause of their nation.

Fighting Against Oppression

Together, all of them recorded some of the greatest stories of the revolution. The heroic people of this region, whether Yazidi, Muslim or Christian, saw Anfal and the destruction of villages, and a few years ago, with its struggle fighters and fighters of Kurdistan and this region in particular, the Party stopped ISIS and didn't let ISIS advance, and our heroes in Kurdistan and especially because they were close here in this region, defeated and scattered ISIS.

The One Million Vote Pledge

سۆزا یەک ملیۆن دەنگ

You spoke the slogan: you spoke without difficulty about how many votes? How many were they? One million. Comrades, the people of this region know very well how the Party and the Party's heroes have led in this region and Kurdistan. Today as we sit here, we see some of those heroes before our eyes who are always a source of pride and honor for us, and today we renew our pledge to the blood of our martyrs, to the heroism of our Peshmerga in this region.

هەوە دروشمەك گۆت، هەوە بەحسێ چەند دەنگا كر بێ زەحمەت؟ چەند بوون؟ ئێك ملیۆن. هەڤالینە، خەلكێ ڤێ دەڤەرێ گەلەك باش دزانین كا پارتی و قەهرەمانێت پارتی چەوا بەڕەڤانی ل ڤێ دەڤەرێ و كوردستانێ كر، ئەڤرۆ ژی كو ئەم لڤێرە ڕوونشتینە، ئەم هندەك وان قەهرەمانا ل پێش چاڤێ خۆ دبینین كو هەردەم بۆ مە جهێ فەخر و شانازیێنە و ئەڤرۆ ئەم بەژنا خۆ دچەمینین بۆ خوینا شەهیدێت مە، بۆ قەهرەمانییا پێشمەرگێت مە ل ڤێ دەڤەرێ.

Why Must the Party Be Strong in Baghdad?

بۆچی پێویستە پارتی بهێز ل بەغدا بیت؟

Let us ask this question: why must the Party be strong in Baghdad? What is the reason? This is a question we really need to answer. Why? Because strengthening the Party in Baghdad means strengthening Kurdistan. The Party is the guarantee of protecting Kurdistan, therefore it must go to Baghdad with strength. The Party is the guarantee of coexistence. The Party is the guarantee of building Kurdistan. The Party is the guarantee of that tiredness that our Peshmerga and our fighters worked on and sacrificed for, therefore the Party must be strong in Baghdad with this coexistence.

دا ئەم پرسیارەكێ بكەین، بۆچی پێویستە پارتی بهێز ل بەغدا بیت؟ سەبەب چییە؟ ئەڤە پرسیارەكە ب ڕاستی پێویستە مە بەرسڤا وێ هەبیت، بۆ؟ چونكی بهێزبوونا پارتی ل بەغدا، بهێزبوونا كوردستانێ یە، گارانتییا پاراستنا كوردستانێ پارتییە، لەوما پێویستە ب هێزڤە بچیتە بەغدایێ. پارتی گارانتییا پێكڤەژیانێیە، پارتی گارانتییا ئاڤەدانكرنا كوردستانێیە، پارتی گارانتییا وێ ماندیبوونێیە ئەوا كو پێشمەرگێت مە و خەباتكارێت مە كار لسەر كری و سەرێ خۆ لسەر دانای، لەوما پێویستە پارتی ب ڤێ پێكڤەژیانێ بهێزڤە ل بەغدا بیت.

Constitutional Implementation

جێبەجێکردنی دەستوور

What is our goal in Baghdad? Why must we go to Baghdad? Why must our servants go to Baghdad? They must go to Baghdad because we have one goal - our goal is the implementation of the Iraqi constitution and federalism. Why is it important for the constitution to be implemented? Because for twenty years, self-centeredness and non-implementation of the constitution have created major catastrophes for Iraq in this country. After twenty-two years and until now, Iraq has seen very unhealthy stages. Today, in this election, which I believe is one of the most important elections held in Iraq, we call it the stage of implementing the Iraqi constitution, that constitution which must be implemented as it is.

ئارمانجا مە ل بەغدا چییە؟ بۆ ئەم بچینە بەغدا؟ بۆ پێویستە خزمەتكارێت مە بچنە بەغدا؟ پێویستە بچنە بەغدا، چونكی مە ئێك ئارمانج یا هەی، ئارمانجا مە جیبجیكرنا فیدرالیەتێ و دەستوورێ عێراقێیە. بۆ گرنگە دەستوور بهێتە جێبجیكرن؟ چونكی بیست سالە خۆڤەدزین و جەبجینەكرنا دەستووری ل ڤی وەلاتی كارەساتێت مەزن یێت بۆ عێراقێ چێكری. عێراق پشتی بیست و دو سالا و هەتا ڤێ گاڤێ، قۆناغێت گەلەك نەخۆش یێت دیتی. ئەڤرۆ ڤێ هەلبژارتنێ كو ب باوەرییا من ئێكە ل گرنگترین هەلبژارتنێت كو ل عێراقێ هاتیە كرن، ناڤێ وێ دكەینە قۆناغا جیبجیكرنا دەستوورێ عێراقێ، ئەو دەستوورێ كو دڤێت وەكی خۆ بهێتە جیبجیكرن.

Shexan: A Model of Coexistence

شێخان: نموونەی پێکڤەژیان

Comrades, you are the beautiful people of this region. You are the people of a region that presents an example of peaceful cultural coexistence. Shekhan is a region of coexistence. In this region, Yazidis gave space for building mosques. The Yazidi people gave their lands for building mosques. Lalish Norani, which is the holiest shrine of Yazidism, is in this region. In this region, the festivals, celebrations and joys of Yazidis, Muslims and Christians are held together.

هەڤالینە، هون خەلكێ خۆشتڤی یێ ڤێ دەڤەرێ. هون خەلكێ دەڤەرەكێنە كو نموونەیا پێكڤەژیانا كولتووری یا ئاشتیانە بەرچاڤ دكەن. شێخان دەڤەرەكا پێكڤەژیانێیە. ل ڤێ دەڤەرێ ئێزدیا جهێ دای بۆ ئاڤاكرنا مزگەفتا. خەلكێ ئێزدی زەڤی یێت خو یێت داین بۆ چێكرنا مزگەفتا. لالشا نوورانی كو پیرۆزترین پەرستگەها ئێزدییایە، یا ل ڤێ دەڤەرێ. ل ڤێ دەڤەرێ جەژن و شاهی و بەهی یێت ئێزدیا و موسلمانا و مەسیحییا، ڤێكڕا دهێنە كرن.

This great example of coexistence is a painted tableau in our nation's history and will never be forgotten. The Baathist regime tried very hard to break this coexistence, but it could not at all. Coexistence and brotherhood became the foundation of Sheikh Barzani's thought and path. The foundation of Sheikh Barzani's thought was the issue of coexistence - the coexistence of nations and religions in one country. This was Sheikh Barzani's path. This is that path we follow - the peaceful coexistence of all nations together in one country.

ئەڤ نموونەیا مەزن یا پێكڤەژیانێ، تابلۆیەكا نەخشاندییە د دیرۆكا گەلێ مەدا و چ جارا ناهێتە ژبیركرن. ڕژێما ژناڤچۆیی گەلەك هەول دان ئەڤێ پێكڤەژیانێ تێكبدەت، بەلێ هیچ نەشیا. پێكڤەژیان و برایەتی، بنگەهێ هزر و ڕێبازا شێخێت بارزان بوویە. بنگەها هزرا شێخێت بارزان، پرسا پێكڤەژیانێ بوویە. پێكڤەژیانا نەتەوە و دینا د ئێك وەلاتدا. ئەڤە بوو ڕێبازا شێخێت بارزان. ئەڤە ئەو ڕێبازە ئەوا كو ئەم لسەر دچین، پێكڤەژیانا ئاشتییانە یا هەمی نەتەوەیا ڤێكڕا د وەلاتەكیدا.
