هەموو لایەکتان بە خێر بێن.. بەیانیتان باش،

The purpose of this gathering is that together we are heading toward another election, and we must renew our covenant with the blood of our martyrs and the efforts of our heroic Peshmerga. The martyrs who sacrificed themselves for our freedom must all be remembered, because in the shadow of their struggle and dedication, the Party continues to move forward with greatness and strength. As long as the Party has people like you and supporters like you, it will undoubtedly continue and will not retreat even one step from the struggle to achieve the goals for which we have fought and for which our martyrs have fallen.

مەبەستمان لەم گردبوونەوەیە ئەوەیە كە پێکەوە بەرەو هەڵبژاردنێکی تر دەچین و دەبێ ئەو پەیمانەمان نوێ بکەینەوە، لەگەڵ خوێنی شەهیدانمان ماندووبوونی پێشمەرگە قارەمانەکانمان، شەهیدانی کە لە پێناو ئەم ئازادییەی ئێمە خۆیان بەخت کرد و شەهید بوون، دەبێ هەموو ئەو ئازیزانە بەیاد بێنینەوە کە لە سایەی خەبات و ماندووبوونی ئەوان، تاوەكو ئێستاش پارتی بەردەوامە بە گەورەیی و بە هێزەوە بەرەو پێشەوە هەنگاو دەنێت، تاوەكو پارتی خەڵکی وەکوو ئێوەی هەبێ و پشتیوانی وەکوو ئێوەی هەبێ، بێگومان بەردەوام دەبێ و یەک خولەكیش لە خەبات کۆڵنادا بۆ گەیشتن بەو ئامانجانەی کە خەباتمان بۆی کردووە و شەهیدمان بۆی داوە.

Gratitude to Hawler and Its People

سوپاسی هەولێر و خەڵکەکەی

At the outset of my remarks, I want to sincerely thank the beloved city of Hawler and its surrounding areas, including all the towns and villages. Truly, those who have always been at the forefront, who have supported the Party during difficult times and very challenging phases, have brought us to this day. In particular, the dear people of Hawler city and its surroundings deserve thanks, respect, and love.

لە دەستپێکردنی قسەکانم دەمەوێت لە دڵەوە سوپاسی شاری خۆشەویستی هەولێر و دەوروبەری هەولێر بە هەموو شار و شارۆچکەکان و گوندەکانیانەوە بکەم، بەڕاستی ئەوەی هەمیشە لە سەنگەری پێشەوە بوون و لە قۆناغی سەختدا و لە قۆناغی زۆر بە زەحمەتدا پشتیوانیی پارتیان کردووە و گەیشتۆتە ئەم رۆژە، بەتایبەتی خەڵکی خۆشەویستی شاری هەولێر و دەوروبەر جێی سوپاس و ڕێز و خۆشەویستین.

I also extend special thanks to all the people of Kurdistan, especially the Kurdistan Region's employees who have endured hardships. The enemies of the Region and Kurdistan believed that if they withheld the legitimate financial entitlements of the Kurdistan Region's people, the people would rise up and turn elsewhere. But you all proved how you stood behind your party and behind Kurdistan during the difficult days, and you demonstrated to both friend and foe that once again the Party leads and does not retreat, and God willing, we are heading toward triumph.

هەروەها سوپاسێکی تایبەتی هەموو خەڵکی کوردستان دەکەم، مووچەخۆرانی کوردستان ئەوانەی کە تەحەمولیان کردووە. ناحەزانی هەرێم و ناحەزانی کوردستان لەو بڕوایەدا بوون شایستە دارایییەکان کە موستەحەقاتی خەڵکی هەرێمی کوردستانن، ئەو شایستە داراییانەیان بۆ نانێرن خەڵک هەڵدەستێتەوە و ڕێگەی تر دەگرێتە بەر، بەڵام هەمووتان ئه‌وه‌تان سه‌لماند كه‌ چۆن لە ڕۆژە سەختەکاندا لە پشت حزبی خۆتان و لە پشت کوردستان بوون، ئاوا بۆ دۆست و دوژمن سەلماندتان کە جارێکی تر پارتی پێشڕەوە و کۆڵ نادات و پەنا بەخوا بەرەو سەرفەرازی دەڕۆین.

The Critical Importance of This Election

گرنگیی ئەم هەڵبژاردنە

Dear comrades.. This election is not an ordinary election. Many times the question arises: why should we participate in these elections with such enthusiasm? Let me tell you, this is a very important phase in Iraq. Previously, we had a phase in 2005 when the new Iraqi government was established and the Iraqi constitution was voted on. That defined Iraq's system at that time. But after that, Iraq fell into considerable problems and troubles—internal conflicts, the ISIS crisis, and so on. All of these created major problems in Iraq.

هەڤاڵینە.. ئەم هەڵبژاردنە هەڵبژاردنێکی ئاسایی نییە، زۆر جار پرسیار دێتە پێش، ئێمە بۆ دەبێ بە گوڕ و تینەوە لەم هەڵبژاردنانەدا بەشدار بین؟ من دەمەوێت پێتان بڵێم، ئەمە قۆناغێکی یەکجار زۆر گرنگە لە عێراق، پێش ئێستا قۆناغێکمان هەبوو لە ساڵی دوو هەزار و پێنج کە حکوومەتی نوێی عێراق دامەزرا و دەستووری عێراق دەنگی لەسەر درا، ئەوە پێناسەی سیستەمی عێراق لەو وەختەوە کرا، بەڵام دوای ئەوە عێراق کەوتە ناو کێشە و ناڕەحەتیی یەکجار زۆر لە شەڕی ناوخۆ، لە مەسەلەی داعش، لەمانە هەمووی کێشەی گەورە لە عێراقدا دروست بوو.

These elections are important for the Kurdistan Region because a new beginning is starting in Iraq, a beginning that we call the implementation of Iraq's constitution, which is very, very important for the Party and for Kurdistan at this stage that lies ahead of us. Therefore, we must reaffirm our pledge to the blood of our martyrs, our pledge to our heroic Peshmerga, and we must all participate enthusiastically in this election. These elections are no less important than the elections we hold in the Kurdistan Region, if not more important.

ئەم هەڵبژاردنانە بۆ هەرێمی کوردستان گرنگن چونکە سەرەتایەکی نوێ لە عێراق دەست پێدەکات، سەرەتایەک کە ئێمە ناوی لێ دەنێین جێبەجێکردنی دەستووری عێراق کە بۆ پارتی و بۆ کوردستان زۆر زۆر گرنگە ئەم قۆناغەی کە ئێستا لەپێشمانە، لەبەر ئەوە دەبێت بەڵێنی خۆمان بۆ خوێنی شەهیدانمان، بەڵێنی خۆمان بۆ پێشمەرگە قارەمانەکانمان دووپات بکەینەوە و هەموومان بە گوڕ و تینەوە بەشداریی ئەم هەڵبژاردنە بکەین، ئەم هەڵبژاردنانە هیچ کەمتر نین لەو هەڵبژاردنانەی کە ئێمە لە هەرێمی کوردستان دەیکەین، ئەگەر گرنگتر نەبن.

The One Million Vote Challenge

پەیمانی یەک ملیۆن دەنگ

Today, in Baghdad, the importance and standing of any party is measured by how many supporters it has, by its popular base. You have made us proud in the Kurdistan elections. The Party was honored by you, you elevated the Party, you raised the Party's voice, and eight hundred thousand votes were cast for the Party in Kurdistan. This is the Party's value.

ئەمڕۆ لە بەغدا گرانیی هەر حزبێک و پێگەی هەر حزبێک، سەیر دەکرێت بەوەی چەند جەماوەری هەیە، پێگەی جەماوەری ئەو حیزبە چەندە، ئێوە ئێمەتان سەربەرز کرد لە هەڵبژاردنەکانی کوردستان. پارتی بە ئێوەوە سەربەرز بوو، ئێوە پارتیتان جارێکی تر سەرخست، دەنگی پارتیتان بەرز کردەوە و هەشتسەد هەزار دەنگ بۆ پارتی لە کوردستان درا، قەدەری پارتی ئەمەیە.

Comrades.. We must not hesitate; this phase is a sensitive phase. I thank you all. You brought the Party to (800) thousand votes, but this time our aspiration is for the Party to reach one million votes.

هەڤاڵان.. نابێت دوو دڵی بکەین، ئەم قۆناغە قۆناغێکی هەستیارە. سوپاسی هەمووتان دەکەم. ئێوە پارتیتان گەیاندە (800) هەزار دەنگ، بەڵام ئەم جارە تمووحمان ئەوەیە کە پارتی دەبێتە یەک ملیۆن دەنگ.

The Party and Kurdistan

پارتی و کوردستان

Yes, we learned from a school where President Barzani taught us that the Party is a tool and Kurdistan is the goal of us all. For the sake of a strong Kurdistan, for the sake of a Kurdistan that can meet all those demands that the people of Kurdistan have, we must send a very strong and capable Party to the Iraqi Parliament, and each of us in our place must seriously work to gather votes for the Party.

بەڵێ بۆ ئێمە، لە قوتابخانەیەكدا فێر بووین، سەرۆک بارزانی فێری کردووین کە پارتی ئامرازە و کوردستان ئامانجی هەموومانە. لەپێناو کوردستانێکی بەهێز، لەپێناو کوردستانێک کە بتوانێت وەڵامگۆی هەموو ئەو داواکارییانە بێت، ئەوانەی گەلی کوردستان هەیه‌تى، دەبێت پارتی زۆر بەهێز و تواناوه‌ بنێرین بۆ پەرلەمانی عێراق و هەر کەسەمان لە شوێنی خۆی بە جددی كار لەسەر ئەوە بکات کە دەنگ بۆ پارتی کۆبکاتەوە.

Deep Gratitude to Party Cadres

You, the cadres of the Party, have endured much hardship. In a meeting before coming to you, we discussed how you truly carry a great responsibility on your shoulders. I personally have no words to thank you enough. I know that you—the Party's cadres, members, and supporters—when you set your hand to something, nothing is impossible; everything can be done, as long as you undertake it.

ئێوەی كادیرانی پارتی زۆر زەحمەتتان کێشاوە. لە کۆبوونەوەیەک پێش ئەوەی بێمە حزووری ئێوە، باسمان دەکرد کە بەڕاستی ئێوە ئەرکێکی گەورەتان لەسەر شانە. من شەخسی خۆم هیچ وشه‌یه‌كم نییە بتوانم سوپاستان بکەم. دەزانم ئێوە كادیرانی پارتی و ئەندامان و لایەنگرانی پارتی، ئێوە کە دەستی پێدەکەن هیچ شتێک موستەحیل نییە، هەموو شتێک دەکرێت، تەنیا ئەوەیە تاوەكو ئێوە دەست پێبکەن.

The Party is proud because of your work. The Party takes pride. We take pride in having cadres like you, we take pride in the fact that despite all the difficulties our people face in their lives, in their daily livelihood, despite all those obstacles and hardships, whenever the Party needs them, they are all ready for the Party. You are a source of pride for the Party. Your struggle in these elections is no less than that of the Peshmerga who took up arms from 1961 onward and fought for the rights of Kurdistan; your struggle is no less than that.

پارتی بەهۆی کارەکانی ئێوه‌وە سەربەرزە، پارتی شانازی دەکات. ئێمە شانازی دەکەین کە کادیرانى وامان هەیە، شانازیی دەکەین بەوەی ئەم خەڵکەی ئێمە سەرەڕای هەموو ئەو زەحمەتانەی هەیانە لەڕووی ژیانەوە، لەڕووی بژێوی ڕۆژانەیانەوە، سەرەڕای هەموو ئەو ئاستەنگانە و ئەو ناخۆشییانە، کە دێتە سەر ئەوەی پارتی پێویستی پێدەبێت، هەموویان بۆ پارتی ئامادەن. ئێوە جێی سەربەرزین بۆ پارتی. ئێوە جێی سەربەرزین. خەباتی ئێوە لەم هەڵبژاردنانە هیچ کەمتر نییە لەو پێشمەرگەی کە لە ساڵی شەست و یەکەوە چەكی هەڵگرت و خەباتی کرد لەپێناو مافەکانی کوردستاندا، خەباتی ئێوە کەمتر نییە لەوە.

Our Identity: Kurdish Nationalism and Development

ناسنامەکەمان: کوردستانیەتی و ئاوەدانی

The Party is the owner of the greatest pride in contemporary Kurdish history and must remain so. Comrades, I mentioned something in a previous meeting, and I want to share it with you as well. When it comes to the Kurdish issue anywhere, in neighboring countries, in Baghdad, when seriously discussing the rights of Kurds, rest assured that the Party is considered the owner of the matter. Wherever the Party is present, there is development, without claiming credit for anything.

پارتی خاوەنی گەورەترین شانازیی مێژوویی هاوچەرخی کوردستانە و دەبێت هەر واش بمینێتەوە. هەڤاڵان من لە کۆبوونەوەی پێشتر یەک شتم باس کرد، حەز دەکەم لەگەڵ ئێوەش باسی بکەم. کە دێتە سەر باسی كێشەی کورد لە هەر شوێنێک، لە وڵاتانی دەوروبەر، لە بەغدا، کە بە جددی دێتە سەر ئەوەی باسی مافەکانی کورد بکرێت، دڵنیا بن پارتی بە خاوەن ماڵ دەزانن. پارتی لە هەر شوێنێک بێت، بێ ئەوەی منەتی هیچ شتێک بکات، ئاوەدانی هەیە.

When you go to the elections, comrades.. Tell everyone, tell them: Raise your voices, tell them "The Party's identity is Kurdish nationalism, and our work is development." This is our identity. This slogan we have raised—our path is the path of peace, the path of coexistence, and our current phase is the implementation of Iraq's constitution, that constitution and those rights that are rightfully ours as a nation.

کە دەچنە هەڵبژاردن هەڤاڵینە.. بە هەموو کەسێک بڵێن، پێیان بڵێن: دەنگ بەرز کەنەوە، پێیان بڵێن "ناسنامەی پارتی کوردستانییە، کارەکانیشمان ئاوەدانییە"، ئەمەیە ناسنامەی ئێمە. ئەو دروشمەی کە هەڵیشمان گرتووە، ڕێبازی ئێمە ڕێبازی ئاشتییە، ڕێبازی پێکەوەژیانە، قۆناغی ئێستای ئێمەش، جێبەجێکردنی دەستووری عێراقە، ئەو دەستوور و مافەی کە حەقی خۆمانە وەک مللەت.

Call to Youth and Women

بانگهێشت بۆ لاوان و ژنان

At the conclusion of my remarks, I also call upon the youth of Kurdistan. I address them and say: For a greater future for the Kurdistan Region, for Kurdistan to be prosperous and dignified, you as young people must go to the ballot boxes, feel your responsibility. The future of this party is in your hands, the future of this country is in your hands.

لە كۆتاییی قسەکانمدا داوا لە لاوان و گەنجانی کوردستانیش دەکەم، ڕووی قسەم لەوانە، پێیان دەڵێم: بۆ ئایندەیەکی گەشتر بۆ هەرێمی کوردستان، بۆ ئەوەی کوردستان ئاوەدان و سەربەرز بێت، ئێوە وەک گەنجان بڕۆنە سەر سندووقی دەنگدان، هەست بە بەرپرسیاریه‌تیی خۆتان بکەن. ئایندەی ئەم حیزبە لەدەست ئێوەدایە، ئایندەی ئەم وڵاتە لەدەست ئێوەدایە.

Being a Party member means responsibility, because the Party means responsibility, and thus the Party is the party that constantly wants peace and stability in this country. Young comrades of the Party, feel your responsibility and on voting day, once again enthusiastically go to the ballot boxes and vote for the Kurdistan Democratic Party.

پارتیبوون واتە بەرپرسیاریەتی، چونکە پارتی واتە بەرپرسیاریەتی، کەواتە پارتی ئەو حیزبەیە کە بەردەوام دەیەوێت ئارامی و سەقامگیری لەم وڵاتەدا هەبێت. گەنجان، هەڤاڵانی گەنجی پارتی، هەست بە بەرپرسیاریه‌تیی خۆیان بکەن و لە ڕۆژی دەنگداندا دیسانەوە بە گوڕ و تینەوە بەرەو سندووقی دەنگدان بچن و دەنگ بە لیستی پارتی دیموکراتی کوردستان بدەن.

Every Vote Counts

هەر دەنگێک گرنگە

Dear comrades.. This is a very sensitive phase, an important phase that lies before us—the phase of implementing Iraq's constitution, for which we have struggled and worked hard. Feel your duty; it is a great responsibility, a critically important phase. Do not underestimate this election. Everyone, go to every place, every neighborhood, every house, seek out every vote—yes, every single vote.

هەڤاڵینە.. قۆناغێکی زۆر هەستیارە، قۆناغێکی گرنگە ئەم قۆناغەی کە لە پێشمانە، قۆناغی جێبەجێکردنی دەستووری عێراقە کە بۆ ئەو دەستوورە خەباتمان کردووە و ماندوو بووین. هەست بەو ئەرکەی خۆتان بکەن، بەرپرسیاریەتییه‌كی گەورەیە، قۆناغێکی تابڵێی گرنگە. ئەم هەڵبژاردنە بە کەم مەزانن، هەر کەسێک بۆ هەر شوێنێک، گەڕەکێک، ماڵێك به‌دوای ده‌نگێكدا بگه‌ڕێن، به‌ڵێ، یه‌ك ده‌نگ.

I have said this many times before and I repeat it: one vote is a lot for us as the Party, we even need that one vote. Therefore, I urge you to go door to door on voting day, gather votes for the Party, win this phase as well, elevate the Kurds, elevate the Party.

هەموو جار ئەو قسەیەم کردووە و دووبارەی دەكەمەوە، یەک دەنگ بۆ ئێمەی پارتی زۆرە، ته‌نانه‌ت پێویستیمان بە یەک دەنگیش هەیە، لەبەر ئەوە تکا دەکەم ڕۆژی دەنگدان بڕۆن یەک بە یەک لە دەرگای ماڵی خەڵك بدەن، دەنگ بۆ پارتی کۆ بکەنەوە، ئەم قۆناغەش پارتی سەرخەن، کورد سەرخەن.
